How to arrive
By Air
BOSTON LOGAN · BOS
- 01Fly into Boston Logan International — it's only 3 miles from the Seaport.
- 02From baggage claim, follow signs for the Silver Line SL1 — it's free from the airport and stops at World Trade Center, 5 min walk to the venue.
- 03Alternatively, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) takes 10–20 min depending on traffic.
💡 The Silver Line SL1 runs directly under the terminal — no shuttle needed. Free from the airport, ~15 min ride.
By Train
AMTRAK · SOUTH STATION
- 01Amtrak's Northeast Corridor runs frequently from New York, Providence, New Haven, and Washington D.C. into South Station.
- 02Exit South Station and take the Silver Line SL2 one stop to Courthouse, or walk 15 min along the waterfront.
- 03From New York Penn Station the Acela is ~3.5 hrs; the Regional is ~4.5 hrs.
💡 Book Amtrak early — July trains sell out fast. The Acela offers more comfortable seating for longer trips.
By MBTA
THE T · SILVER & RED LINES
- 01Take the Red Line to South Station, or any line that connects to South Station.
- 02Transfer to the Silver Line SL2 toward Drydock and exit at Courthouse Station.
- 03Walk 8 min north along Seaport Blvd, turn right on Pier 4 Blvd.
💡 Load a CharlieCard at any T station for a seamless tap-and-go experience. The Silver Line is free inbound from the airport.
By Car
I-90 / I-93 · SEAPORT EXIT
- 01From the North/West: Take I-93 South to Exit 23 (Purchase St). Follow Purchase St to Seaport Blvd, then turn onto Pier 4 Blvd.
- 02From the South/West: Take I-90 East (Mass Pike) to Exit 24B (South Boston/Seaport). Follow signs to Seaport Blvd.
- 03From the Airport: Take the Ted Williams Tunnel (I-90) and exit at Seaport — about 10 min without traffic.
💡 July weekend traffic can be significant. Consider arriving before 6 PM or using a rideshare to avoid parking headaches.
Rideshare
UBER · LYFT · TAXI
- 01Enter "Woods Hill Pier 4" or "300 Pier 4 Blvd, Boston" in your app.
- 02The pickup/dropoff area is directly in front of the restaurant on Pier 4 Blvd.
- 03From downtown Boston expect 5–15 min and ~$12–20. From Back Bay, ~$15–25.
💡 For pickup after the event, walk slightly away from the venue entrance — demand surges cause pricing to spike right outside popular restaurants.
Water Taxi
ROWES WHARF · HARBOR FERRY
- 01Boston Harbor Cruises and the MBTA Ferry operate water taxis around the inner harbor in summer.
- 02Depart from Logan Airport Dock, Long Wharf, or Rowes Wharf — all are short walks or shuttle rides from Logan.
- 03The Seaport/Fan Pier dock is a 5-min walk from Woods Hill Pier 4.
💡 A harbor water taxi is the most scenic arrival option — perfect for a summer evening. Check bostonharborcruises.com for July schedules.
